This guide builds a monthly retainer calculator for a design studio. The same pattern works for cleaning services, photography packages, consulting, or any tiered offer.
How-To - NXP Easy Forms
NXForms
A forty-field form on one page is a lot to ask of anyone. People scroll, get a sense of how much work it'll be, and close the tab. The ones who do start often stop partway through, not because they changed their mind but because they need to go find a certificate, a reference number, or some other document.
The problem is, when they leave, everything they typed is gone. When they eventually come back, they start over from scratch. And most of them don't come back at all.
