NXP Easy Forms

NXP Easy Forms is a modern, drag-and-drop form builder for Joomla! 5+. You can build a production-ready form in minutes: start from a ready-made template or a blank canvas, arrange fields by dragging, and configure each one in a clean side panel. The builder works on desktop and on mobile, with a live preview you can pin beside the canvas so you see exactly what visitors will get.

Forms support a wide range of field types, including text, email, telephone, password, textarea, select, radio, checkbox, file upload, date and time, number, range, URL, color, and linked country and state dropdowns, all with built-in validation rules and sensible defaults. Give each form a brand color and a light, dark, or auto color scheme without writing any CSS, on top of an accessibility baseline (clear focus states, contrast, and error-to-field association) that ships out of the box.

Submissions are protected by honeypot, time-trap, CAPTCHA, rate limiting, and CSRF checks, with encrypted secrets and IP anonymization. Notifications go out through your choice of email provider (SMTP and major API services such as SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, Brevo, and Amazon SES), and submissions can flow into Joomla articles, user registration with email verification, Mailchimp, Brevo, and any webhook service such as Make or Zapier. Slow integrations never hold up the visitor's response: they are queued and retried automatically.

Place a form anywhere. Insert it into an article with a simple shortcode, drop it into any module position with the bundled module, or publish it as a menu item with SEF-friendly URLs.

The package includes the main component, a content plugin for the article shortcode, a web services plugin for the form API, and a site module for embedding forms in module positions.
