When you add a payment field, the form connects to your existing payment account to collect the payment. NXP Easy Forms PRO is a Joomla extension and never holds, brokers, or processes funds itself.

Pro also removes the free edition's three-form limit, so you can build and run as many forms as you like. It's the natural upgrade for growing sites, businesses, and teams that depend on forms every day.

What is the difference between the free and Pro editions?

Pro removes the 3-form limit and adds conditional logic, multi-step forms, payments, the AI assistant, Save & Resume, PDF downloads, extra fields and validation rules, and Pro integrations like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Twilio SMS.

Does it support payments?

Yes, via Stripe or PayPal hosted checkout, so card data never touches your server, with fixed, price-field, or calculated amounts.

Does the AI assistant need my own API key?

Yes, it is bring-your-own OpenAI key (stored encrypted). It can generate forms, review existing forms, and draft notification copy.

Can I build multi-step forms with conditional logic?

Yes, multi-step forms with a progress indicator and per-step validation, plus conditional rules that show or hide fields based on answers.

What happens to my Pro forms if my license expires?

Existing Pro configuration keeps rendering; you just cannot add new Pro settings. Payments and the Form API are the exceptions and stop while the license is inactive.
