Description
NXP Starter is a modern Joomla 5/6 template built for clean layouts, fast setup, and flexible customization. It is primarily intended for developers who want to start from scratch and craft a custom template without being locked into a rigid design system.

Changelog
- Refactored engine internals from a monolithic NxpStarter into focused services (AssetService, DevCompileService, HeadMetaService, MenuService, LayoutService) while keeping the public API stable.
- Migrated PHP namespaces to Nexusplugins\NXPStarter and Nexusplugins\NXPStarter\Service across the engine and entry points.
- Removed external SCSS vendor dependencies (src/scss/vendors) and replaced required behavior with local utilities/mixins.
- Improved build/release pipeline: runtime-only Composer install in package, safer ZIP recreation, and exclusion of source maps/logs/dev tooling from release artifacts.
